  Ville Laval finally gave Les Cours Chomedey the go ahead with the approuval for the realisation of the municipal infrastructures. Our teams of specialists have been working hard to get the project ready for the beginning of October 2016. Once done, the project will have 2 new streets ( Magloire-Hotte and Antoine-Lemaire) giving you acces to 35 magnificent lots reserved only for prestigious homes right in the heart of Laval.
